Join us on 11 February 2025 for IUPAC GWB2025. Held in conjunction with the International Day of Women and Girls in Science, the goal of “The Breakfast” is to establish an active network of people to overcome the barriers to gender equality in science. Over the last six years, nearly 2000 GWB have been held in 100 countries.
Groups from all types of science organizations from high schools, to science societies, universities, companies, governments and non-governmental organizations are invited to participate. Event leaders are encouraged to collaborate with organizations in different sectors and to include scientists from multiple disciplines. Detailed instructions and marketing materials are available. We invite you to add your event to the global map. There is no cost to participate. Our theme for #GWB2025 is “Accelerating Equity in Science” in support of the International Year of Quantum Science and Technology (IYQ) celebration. Event organizers are encouraged to incorporate aspects of quantum science and technology into their programs and to invite participants working in quantum-related fields to participate.
